Jesus, come again to us this Christmas day;

  Jesus, we greet each other in Your Name;

    Jesus, You make our worship extra special;

      Jesus, You are the God’s Son, the child of Mary;

        Jesus, You are the guest at all our festivities;

          Jesus, You are the reason we give each other gifts;

            Jesus, You inspire us to be people of generosity;

              Jesus, be our guest as we feast in Your honour;

                Jesus, stay with us in all of our fun and merriment;

                  Jesus, bless us this day, and remain with us forever!

The story of Jesus’ birth as told by Luke; probably the most beautiful and remarkable story ever told.  The fact that it is true means that we who know God’s grace through Christ have a duty to proclaim it throughout the world, unashamedly.
